Trump hitman Stephen Miller, author of the Moslem ban Executive Order, is spewing his hatred of immigrants (like his grandparents) by developing with his fellow future criminal AG Jeff Sessions the “zero tolerance” policy that has resulted in 2,500 or so “tender age” children being forcibly separated from their parents and scattered throughout the U.S. This man has no heart, no soul… Miller, who looks like a 50-year-old man trapped in a 31-year-old body, is a severely balding, hooded-lidded, gangly man who reminded me of Adolf Hitler’s young hitman, Martin Bormann. Bormann served a year in prison in the early 1920s for being an accomplice in a murder to a man who later was the commandant of the Auschwitz concentration camp. He joined the Nazi Party in 1927 and rose rapidly in the party, becoming chief of staff to the Deputy Fuhrer, Rudolf Hess, in 1933, at age 33. He became a member of Hitler’s inner circle (much as Miller has become to Trumputin), and accompanied him everywhere (similar to Miller), and became Hitler’s “personal secretary” in 1935. That year, he became the head of the renovations to Hitler’s property at Obersalzberg, the Berghof, and built the Eagle’s Nest, a tea house high above the Berghof (which I have visited), as a gift to Hitler on his 50th birthday in 1939. Bormann joined the SS in 1937, and signed the decree in October 1942 that extended the Final Solution to extermination of prisoners in Nazi death camps, and in 1943 he put Adolf Eichmann in charge of the extermination of the Jews. By 1943, he had control over all of the Nazi regime’s domestic matters. Hitler, like Trumputin, intentionally fostered distrust, competition and infighting among his top subordinates to firm up and maximize his own power. Rather than issuing written orders, Hitler conveyed them verbally or had them issued through Bormann, who was a master of political infighting. After Rudolf Hess made a solo flight to Britain in 1941 to seek, fruitlessly, peace negotiations with England, Bormann took over his duties on Hitler’s orders. He was effectively in control of the Nazi Party, answerable only to Hitler, and domestically was equal to Field Marshal Wilhelm Keitel, head of the Wehrmacht. Bormann, an atheist, was also strongly opposed to Christianity, and stated publicly in 1941 that it was irreconcilable with National Socialism. By early 1945, as the Third Reich was beginning to collapse, Hitler transferred his headquarters to his bunker in Berlin, and Bormann remained with him to the end, when Hitler committed suicide there on April 30, 1945, as the Red Army entered Berlin and neared his bunker. For many years, Bormann was rumored to have escaped and was living in South America. Nazi intelligence officer Reinhard Gehlen claimed that Bormann had been a Soviet spy and was in Moscow. However, in 1998, genetic testing proved that a body found in Berlin in May 1945 was Bormann’s, who had committed suicide by biting into a cyanide capsule to avoid being captured by the Russians. Stephen Miller Miller grew up in a liberal Jewish family in Santa Monica. His mother’s family immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1900s, as did Trumputin’s, but from Belarus and not Germany. He became a conservative after reading a book by NRA head Wayne LaPierre while at Santa Monica High School, where he was known for antagonizing his fellow students by making controversial statements such as telling Latino students to speak only English. At age 16, he wrote a letter to the editor of the old Santa Monica Outlook stating that “Osama Bin Laden would feel very welcome at Santa Monica High School”. He also was filmed getting booed offstage during student government campaign speech, wearing a cocky grin, for stating that students should not have to clean up after themselves, since janitors are paid to do this work. He graduated from Duke in 2007, where he wrote conservative columns for the student newspaper, and defended Duke students who were wrongly accused of rape in the Duke lacrosse case, gaining national attention. He was labelled a racist, but wrote in the Duke newspaper that “my skin, in addition to being somewhat pasty, is also very thick”. While at Duke, he was a close associate of Richard Spencer, then a Duke graduate student, who later became prominent in the white supremacist movement. Spencer claimed that he was a mentor of Miller, who has repudiated this claim and tried to distance himself from Spencer. A former Duke vice president in 2017 stated that, while at Duke, Miller “seemed to assume that if you were in disagreement with him, there was something malevolent or stupid about your thinking. Incredibly intolerant”. (Sound familiar?) After Duke, Miller was a press secretary for loony Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, who thankfully has retired from Congress, and in 2009 he started working for then Senator Jeff Sessions, ultimately becoming his communications director. In 2013, he helped defeat the bipartisan Gang of Eight’s proposed immigration reform bill, and wrote many of the speeches Sessions gave opposing the bill. He also helped unseat Republican Majority Leader Eric Cantor in 2014, working on David Brat’s successful campaign. In January, 2016, at the urging of Campaign Director Cory Lewandowski (according to Miller), he joined Trumputin’s presidential campaign as a “senior policy advisor”. He wrote Trumputin’s speech at the 2016 Republican Convention, and was named national policy director of the transition team in November, 2016, and the next month was anointed Senior Advisor to the President. He also was a major contributor to Trumputin’s dark “carnage’ Inaugural speech. After Trumputin was enthroned, he worked with Jeff Sessions and Steve Bannon to draft presidential executive orders restricting immigration and opposing sanctuary cities. Miller and Bannon authored Executive Order 13769, which attempted to restrict U.S. travel and immigration by citizens of seven Muslim countries for120 days, and the entry of all Syrians, and Miller criticized the federal courts for intervening to block this order. He also claimed, without any proof, that thousands of illegal voters were bussed into New Hampshire to vote in the presidential election, and that there was significant voter fraud. Miller also declared in February 2017 that “the powers of the president to protect our country are very substantial and shall not be questioned”. Heil Trumputin? In August, 2017, Miller had a heated argument with CNN’s Jim Acosta over the tradition of the Statue of Liberty welcoming immigrants to the U.S. (including ironically, Trumputin’s grandparents in 1905, and Miller’s own great grandparents about the same time). Miller argued that immigration “ebbed and flowed” throughout American history, and asked how many immigrants had to be accepted to “meet Jim Acosta’s definition of the Statue of Liberty law of the land”. Contrasting the Statue of Liberty with the poem of Emma Lazarus depicted on the statue (“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free”) has been a popular talking point of the anti-Semitic “alt-right” movement. The New York Times reported in September, 2017 that Miller prevented the Trumputin administration from revealing publicly an internal HHS study that concluded that refugees had a net positive effect on government revenues. Miller allowed only the costs of refugees to be disclosed, not the revenues brought in by them. _________ _______________________________ Miller was born Jewish, went to Hebrew school in Santa Monica, and is the descendant of recent immigrants to the U.S. Has he rejected his own family history in his drive to become Trumputin’s Bormann? They both used their skill at political infighting to become the right-hand man to their respective dictators/leaders. They both travelled with their man everywhere, and since their guys did not write anything down, they conveyed orally or in writing what their boss directed. “The president is a political genius” said the young Senior Advisor… Miller has not yet been publicly connected to the collusion with the Russians in their interference in the 2016 Presidential election, although he was close to Trumputin throughout the year, and may well be (or has already been) interviewed by Mueller. But keep that cyanide capsule ready, Stevie Boy. The Russians are coming…
